Our strategic plan

Our strategic plan supports our vision of creating Australia’s healthiest community. The plan describes our objectives, strategies and key performance indicators. It helps patients and carers, staff, our community, partners and all other stakeholders understand our future direction.

Our strategic plan also supports the Queensland Government’s objectives for the community, in particular ‘Health services when you need them’. You can learn more about these objectives on the Queensland Government website.
